Based on Our Guarantee and Deposit Policy all reservations are guaranteed late arrival. All Reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation. No Show reservations are billed one night’s room and tax. On occasion, deposits and full prepayment are required for special offers and events. These are specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise noted on special event dates. If you book a non-refundable reservation, this policy will not apply. There are no refunds, for cancellations, when you book a non-refundable reservation.
If I do not cancel my room in time, what is the penalty or fee that Hotel Valencia Riverwalk will assess?
One night's room and tax will be charged if a guest does not cancel within the 48 hour period. If you book a non-refundable reservation, this policy will not apply as there are not any refunds, for cancellations or any other reason, when you book a non-refundable reservation.
Parking at Hotel Valencia is Valet Parking only. Valet Parking is available for $49.00 per night plus tax- Unlimited Usage. There are nearby garages available for self parking.
Hotel Valencia Riverwalk does not have a spa.
Requests for early check in are handled by the front desk on check in day. If availability permits, the request will be honored. Early check in guarantee can be purchased at the time of booking. Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 12:00pm.
Yes, there is a state recovery and destination fee of $4.75 per room, per night.
Hotel Valencia does not allow pets.
Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA’s definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities. Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
A non-refundable guest room cleaning fee of $300 plus tax will be assessed for pets that do not fall under ADA guidelines.
Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.
Package Processing Fees:
There will be no charge for the first package the hotel receives for a guest that is:
- Within one week of the guest’s scheduled arrival
- Less than 50 lbs
- Less than 5 cubic feet
All packages, including the first, will be charged an additional $5 per week they remain in storage.
Additional fees may be assessed on an individual basis for exceptionally large or heavy packages, pallets, and/or skids.
