Towel services will be completed each day and include replenishing of towels, amenities, and trash removal. If a guest has a Do Not Disturb (DND) on the door, we will not go into the room. If a guest would like complete stay over service such as turndown service and making bed, we will provide services if the guest calls the front desk to request this during their stay.
We strive to ensure that all persons have access to the goods, services, privileges, advantages, and accommodations offered by our hotel and its website. We also endeavor for all of our guests and patrons to have the ability to make informed decisions regarding their visits by providing sufficient information regarding the accessibility of our property. We offer a range of accessible accommodations and accessible amenities distributed throughout our hotel.
Package Processing Fees:
There will be no charge for the first package the hotel receives for a guest that is:
- Within one week of the guest’s scheduled arrival
- Less than 50 lbs
- Less than 5 cubic feet
All packages, including the first, will be charged an additional $5 per week they remain in storage.
Additional fees may be assessed on an individual basis for exceptionally large or heavy packages, pallets, and/or skids.
