Hotel Valencia Riverwalk Reviews

Our stay here was wonderful and we will definitely be back!! The room was clean & the bed was so comfortable. Special thanks to Nicole Phillips with corporate vvip for being so helpful. You can tell that all around great service is implemented, the front desk receptionist Liliana was also so helpful with check in. Thanks again Hotel Valencia for a great stay in SA. Highly recommend this spot, you will not regret it!!

My fiancé and I stayed at Hotel Valencia for a small vacation. The hotel was beautiful and the location of superb, however, the staff made the difference. One bellhop in particular, Aaron, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us excellent advice and was always willing to help. His attitude was extremely refreshing and he helped make our trip that much more special.

My stay at Hotel Valencia was superb. The location, accomodations, dining options, and staff were all excellent. I came for a business conference held at the hotel. The event was exceptionally well executed. Lunch was catered in the rotunda and it was surprisingly delicious for a hotel lunch buffet. The hotel also did an evening reception that went beautifully. The room I had, 821, was large and had a view of the river. Hotel Valencia isn’t situated on a busy portion of the riverwalk, and that was definitely a pro in my book. Late at night was very peaceful. It was quiet, extremely clean, and the staff did everything possible to make me feel welcome. The free morning coffee was one of the best parts of my stay. Their towels in the bathroom were swoon-worthy - large, thick bath sheets instead of the normal thin hotel towels. I will definitely be coming back for a leisure weekend with husband or family. I was hesitant to try their restaurant, Dorrego’s, but the breakfast and bar offerings were fabulous. There’s an extremely convenient elevator straight to the riverwalk located adjacent to the front desk. It looks like a random elevator, but it makes getting to the riverwalk so much easier.

This is a boutique type hotel. The location is fabulous and the service and cleanliness were great. I liked that it is not like the large chain hotels.
